The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return Request Time

Non-Returnable Items

Used, washed, or altered products.
Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items (if specified on the product page).
Return Process

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Share photos or videos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
After approval, follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Refund & Replacement
If the return is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed after the returned product passes inspection.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Porag Shop will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
